Stir Fried Golden Mango with Asparagus
琥珀蜜瓜炒蘆筍
Ingredients 材料 :
Green pepper, red pepper ½ of each 青椒,紅椒 各半個
Mango 1 whole 芒果 1 個
Celery 1 stalk 西芹 1 條
Asparagus 3 spears 蘆筍 3條
Pre-peeled walnut 1 small bowl 現成核桃 1小碗
Seasoning 調味料 :
Sesame oil Small amount 麻油 少許
Ground pepper Small amount 胡椒粉 少許
Salt Small amount 鹽 少許
Oil Small amount 油 少許
Cooking Method 做法 :
- Dice green pepper, red pepper and mango, cut celery into small slices, cut asparagus into segments.
青椒,紅椒,芒果切塊,西芹切小段,蘆筍切段。 - Soak mango in salt water for 15 minutes, once done, stir fry lightly with oil, then set aside.
將芒果用鹽水浸泡15分鐘後,用油炒一下備用。 - Stir fry red pepper, green pepper, celery and asparagus with oil, salt and ground pepper. Then add the mango afterwards and place the contents in a dish. Finish off by garnishing the dish with walnuts on top.
再將紅椒,青椒,西芹,蘆筍用油,鹽,胡椒粉炒香,再將芒果加入一起炒即可上碟,最後放上核桃即可食用。
